My plumber directed me to Brands and to Stephan in particular when putting in a new bathroom. Stephan has a fantastic knowledge of what products are available and was very good at understanding the look i had in mind. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. All of the staff were just very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

I went here as a non trade person for some advice on fixing a plumbing issue. Unfortunately the part was slightly too big for the repair so I had to post the parts through their letterbox after hours as didn't plan to return to Watford for a few weeks. The staff had no issue with my unorthodox way of requesting a refund, with customer service this good for a novice plumber I will definitely return.

I used Brands of watford for the first time yesterday, these guys are super helpful and honest, My underfloor heating stopped working and i was quoted over £200 by plumbers for call out charge/parts/labour etc I emailed Jamie at Brands who said i need to replace just one part costing £25 and it may fix the problem., i went to the store, spoke to jamie for 20 minutes who told me what i need and how to fit it, took me 5 minutes to fix and everything is working perfectly. Their prices are cheaper then most websites too

Went to visit an elderly relative, we live 160 miles away, to find his toilet broken. Called in at Brands and asked if they could assist by providing everything I needed to repair the loo. First class service and not overcharged.
