My plumber directed me to Brands and to Stephan in particular when putting in a new bathroom. Stephan has a fantastic knowledge of what products are available and was very good at understanding the look i had in mind. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. I went here as a non trade person for some advice on fixing a plumbing issue. Unfortunately the part was slightly too big for the repair so I had to post the parts through their letterbox after hours as didn't plan to return to Watford for a few weeks. The staff had no issue with my unorthodox way of requesting a refund, with customer service this good for a novice plumber I will definitely return.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

I used Brands of watford for the first time yesterday, these guys are super helpful and honest,\nMy underfloor heating stopped working and i was quoted over \u00a3200 by plumbers for call out charge\/parts\/labour etc\n\nI emailed Jamie at Brands who said i need to replace just one part costing \u00a325 and it may fix the problem., i went to the store, spoke to jamie for 20 minutes who told me what i need and how to fit it, took me 5 minutes to fix and everything is working perfectly.\nTheir prices are cheaper then most websites too<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
